Midterm Exams
• Attendance during the weeks prior to Exams —
Attendance is always important, but strong attendance over the next two weeks is critical. Teachers will be covering material from the exam, going through review packets, and handing out study guides. Missing class time and instruction in the lead up to exams will make it difficult to be successful on the tests and will significantly affect overall grades.
• Attendance during Exam Week —
1. Students must arrive on time for their exams. If a student is more than 10 minutes late, they will NOT be admitted to the test session and must access the make-up period that same day.
2. If a student is absent EXCUSED, they must make arrangements with their teacher to access a make-up period.
3. If a student is absent UNEXCUSED, they will receive a ZERO with no opportunity for make-up.
