Forgot your password:
If
you have forgotten your Parent Portal password or have been
locked out of your account, please e-mail
icpasswordsupport@westbrookschools.org.
We will ensure that the e-mail address
you are e-mailing from is the address we have listed for you
in Infinite Campus.
We do this to ensure that we are providing the
correct person with the password and to ensure your child's
information is kept safe.
If the e-mail address is the same, we will send you
back your password and notification that your account has
been unlocked.
If your e-mail address is not the same as what is listed in
Infinite Campus, someone from your child's school will
contact you to update your e-mail address information.
To
set up a new Portal account:

Click on
Infinite Campus
in this screen or enter the following to your web
browser:
https://maine.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/westbrook.jsp

You will be prompted for a
User Name and a Password.
A common User Name
might be Last Name + First Initial ( example:
smithj for Jane Smith
), but it can be anything you choose.
The
password must have at least eight characters long and
must meet three of the four qualifications listed:
•
A lower case letter (a, j, r, etc.)
•
An upper case letter (A, J, R, etc.)
•
A number (3, 7, 1, etc.)
•
A symbol (@, %, &, etc.)

Click on the link following “If you have been
assigned a Campus Portal Activation Key”. Enter the
Activation Key.
The district’s administrator may
force you to reset your password from time to time. By
default, a dormant session will automatically end after
a set amount of time determined by the district (usually
between 25 and 60 minutes).
Five unsuccessful login attempts
will disable the portal account. In order to use the
portal again, you will need to contact the school or
district to have the account reactivated.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD IN A SAFE PLACE
FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
YOUR ACCESS TO THE PORTAL
WILL BE DELAYED SHOULD YOU NEED TO HAVE THIS INFORMATION
SENT TO YOU.
To Log on to your Portal
account:
1.
Click on
Infinite Campus
in this screen or enter the following to your web
browser:
https://maine.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/westbrook.jsp
2.
Enter your User Name and Password.
Once logged in, an index of
accessible information for each student is listed within
the left navigation of the screen. The parent’s name
will appear under the Campus Portal header. Each
student’s name to which the user has access is listed
below, with links to their school information.
If you are a parent you should see
information on each of your children.
If you are a student, you
will only see your own information.
Westbrook School Department will
make every effort to ensure that parents see correct
information for their children.
If any of your children are
not included in the portal or you see students who are
not related to you, please contact your child’s school
or the school department immediately.

| Campus
Portal is our tool for parents and students to
access instant, online, timely and secure
student information: class schedule,
assignments, attendance, discipline, course
registrations for next year, report cards and
transcripts. |

| Who is
eligible to have a Campus Portal account? |
| Parents
of current students are eligible to activate a
Parent Portal account, after agreeing to the
terms and conditions of use. |
| What
kind of software or computer is needed to use
the Campus Portal? |

Computer - any computer capable of running the
browser Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher,
Macintosh or Windows. |
|
Software - Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. It
is a free download from www.microsoft.com |
|
Internet connection - 56k modem speed or higher
is recommended. |
| A
monitor with at least 800x600 resolution is
recommended. |
| How
much does the Campus Portal cost? |
Nothing. It is a free service to parents, and
actually saves the district money by reducing
paperwork and labor costs.

problems logging into Campus Portal? |

When I try
to login the page says
Either your user name or password is not
correct. Please try again! |
| Be sure that you
have typed your login name and password
correctly. If you forgot your user name
or password, please contact your
district's administrative offices. |

When I try to
login the page says
Your user account has been disabled!
|
| After 3
unsuccessful login attempts, your user
account will be disabled until you
contact your district's administrative
offices to request reactivation. |
|
Please note that an unsuccessful login
attempt will also give you information
about your browser, IP address and that
the attempt has been logged. |
This is part of
system security to prevent and document
unauthorized access attempts.
